What materials are your artworks printed on?
All works are printed using archival pigment inks on fine art paper selected for tonal depth and permanence. Depending on the finish selected, this will be Epson Smooth Matte 230gsm (Modern finish) or Hahnemühle German Etching 310gsm paper (Vintage finish).
Both papers are widely used for high-quality reproduction and are chosen for clarity, surface character and durability under normal interior display conditions.
Are the artworks supplied framed?
Yes. All works are supplied professionally framed and ready to hang.
Where are your artworks made?
All works are printed and framed in the United Kingdom using carefully selected materials and specialist production partners.
Do you offer unframed prints?
No. The collection is curated as a framed archive. Presentation forms part of the final work, and each piece is supplied complete.
What sizes are available?
Scenic Railways artworks are available in Small (423 x 338 mm), Medium (635 x 508mm) and Large (952 x 762 mm).
How long does delivery take?
Your artwork is printed and framed to order. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an e-mail update with tracking information. We ship using a 24 hour service. From order to delivery typically takes 5 - 7 days.
Delivery is available within the United Kingdom.
Do you ship internationally?
At present, delivery is available within the United Kingdom only.
Can I return my order?
If your order is incorrect or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve the issue promptly.
As each piece is made to order, returns for change of mind may not be accepted. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.
Do you work with interior designers or trade clients?
We welcome enquiries from interior designers, hospitality projects and heritage organisations. Please contact us directly to discuss trade requirements.
