Each work from Scenic Railways is printed and framed in the United Kingdom using archival materials selected for longevity. Because every piece is assembled to order, our fulfilment process is measured and intentional.

We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom.

 

Production & Dispatch

Each framed work is:

• Printed using archival pigment inks on fine art paper
• Framed in the United Kingdom with considered craftsmanship
• Inspected prior to dispatch

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 5–7 working days.

During periods of high demand, fulfilment may take slightly longer. If this occurs, we will notify you directly.

 

Delivery Within the United Kingdom

All framed works are shipped via a tracked courier service. Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 1-2 working days

You will receive tracking details once your order has left the workshop.

 

Packaging & Protection

Framed works require careful handling in transit.

Each piece is packaged using:

• Reinforced protective corners
• Recyclable bubble-wrap
• Impact-resistant outer cartons

These measures are designed to ensure your work arrives in the condition in which it was prepared.

 

If There Is an Issue in Transit

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged:

1. Photograph the packaging and the artwork.
2. Email the images along with your order number to info@thescenicrailway.com

We will resolve the matter without delay.

 

A Note on Timing

As each work is framed to order, our delivery schedule reflects the time required to produce and prepare the piece properly. This care forms part of the process.
